Please let us know if you have any questions about selecting the right album for you. Once selected, payment is due in full to begin the design & production process. 

A design questionnaire will be provided to get the ball rolling on your album per your preferences, the available specifications listed above, as well as any other meaningful details you’d like to add. Specific image selections can be made by you, or you can entrust that part to us.

After steps one through four have been completed, you’ll officially be slotted into our design calendar and given an estimated timeframe. Once your start date arrives, your initial album design is completed within two weeks.

As needed, two rounds of revisions, edits, or additions are included - to ensure every little detail is perfect. After receiving your final approval, it’s submitted for print!

Upon submission, your album is in the hands of our trusted lab for completion. We will keep you updated on its progress!

We’ll let you know as soon as your album has arrived and is ready for delivery. After confirming your mailing address, it will be shipped out to you and you can finally count down the days until your gorgeous book is at your doorstep.

Delivery day can be an emotional experience! Carve out some time to relive your day with your spouse, flipping through your core memories, and later sharing with your favorite people. Style it in a place where you’ll see it often or tuck it away for the ultimate preservation. Cheers!
